Hans Peter Minderhoud makes wish come true and wins Equilibrium Prize

The coveted Equilibrium Prize fell into the hands of Hans Peter Minderhoud. With his top horse Glock's Toto Jr. he rode to 71.87% in the CDI3* Grand Prix, taking a convincing victory. ‘Super nice, it's been a while since I won here,’ responded a happy Minderhoud afterwards.

Glock's Flirt
The experienced rider confesses afterwards that winning at The Dutch Masters was on his list: ‘Coincidentally, I got a reminder on social media of my World Cup victory with Glock's Flirt in 2017 this week. Then I thought, ‘Oh, that was a while ago anyway.’ I was extremely looking forward to this weekend and it's great that it turned out so nicely.’

With this win in his pocket, Minderhoud is now focusing on his next mission: the World Cup with Glock's Taminiau. ‘Now it has to happen of course, but a good start is half the battle. The horses are feeling good and so am I - that gives confidence.’

Charlotte Fry and Dinja van Liere in top three
Hans Peter Minderhoud put himself over one per cent clear of his competition. Britain's Charlotte Fry and Nespresso placed second with 70.76%. Dinja van Liere (NED) showed a score of 70.04% on the board, making Imposantos the third stallion on the podium.
