Construction in full swing
The construction of The Dutch Masters is in full swing. Here too, everything is different from normal. It is much smaller in size, no promo village, no restaurants. How do the people who have been building up the event experience this edition? Bas Verhoeven of V2 Facility: "Of course, you don't have to build up as much, but this edition still costs more energy. Everything is new so to speak. You must constantly take into account the measures that must be taken in connection with Covid-19 and the Rhino virus."
Verhoeven is happy that the event can now still take place. "Hats off to the organisation. Last year, they were told at the last minute that it could not go ahead. In March of this year, this drama repeated itself and yet they put their enthusiasm into organizing a top event in April. It confirms once again that The Dutch Masters is a top product."
On Thursday 22 April everything should be ready to welcome the world's best show jumpers and from Friday 23 April the equestrian fans can enjoy three days of top sport.
