HeadFirst Group Becomes Co-Main Sponsor of The Dutch Masters

The Dutch Masters is proud to announce that HeadFirst Group, an international HR-tech service provider and Europe’s largest platform for professionals, will join the select group of main sponsors from the 2026 edition onward, alongside Rolex, Audi and VDL Groep. The partnership builds on last year’s success, when HeadFirst Group partnered with the spectacular horse exchange competition: Best of Champions.

A shared vision of performance and innovation
The collaboration between the two parties took shape last year during Best of Champions, a horse exchange competition featuring top riders such as Willem Greve, Henrik von Eckermann and other elite combinations. The successful return of this unique event formed the foundation for expanding the relationship into a main sponsorship.

According to Marion van Happen, CEO of HeadFirst Group, the partnership seamlessly aligns with the company’s high-performance mindset: “Last year, together with The Dutch Masters, we brought an iconic moment back to the highest stage. The event reflects what we do every day at HeadFirst Group: discovering, developing and elevating talent to the highest level. The ambition to excel and push boundaries is what connects us to this event.”

Marcel Hunze, Director of The Dutch Masters, echoes this sentiment: “With HeadFirst Group as a main sponsor, we strengthen our focus on innovation and experience. Their international expertise and professionalism bring new dimensions to the event, offering our visitors and riders an even richer experience.”

Impact for sport and audience
HeadFirst Group recognizes in The Dutch Masters the same mindset that guides their daily work: ambition, craftsmanship and the pursuit of top performance. From their vision on the next world of work, the organization is committed to creating a fair, transparent and inclusive labour market, in which talent and organizations are optimally connected. Each year, HeadFirst Group engages and contracts more than 30,000 highly skilled professionals, who together contribute over 30 million hours to the growth of leading organizations across Europe. Diversity, sustainability and social impact play a central role in this.
